Transmittal, index, luminaire schedule, then every type with its product data beside the manufacturer's own sheet, with the ordered value marked on the sheet itself. The last page is the same package regrouped by vendor, ready to order from.

A finished package lands in your portal, you make the final marks on it there, and you download the book yourself. We never send a submittal to a general contractor, an architect, or anyone else.
